Do you have in person or virtual appointments?
I am currently only booking virtual appointments in the state of California.

How much does therapy cost?
My private pay fee is $105 per session.  In an effort to make therapy more accessible, I do contract with several insurance companies, including:
Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna,  Humana, United HealthCare, Kaiser
To verify your insurance coverage, please contact your specific plan's member services.  All insurance payors are billed through Grow Therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

At our first session, we will work on identifying your primary goals and creating an individualized treatment plan together. As we build our therapeutic relationship, we will delve deeper into lifestyle factors that can affect your overall wellness and growth. You can expect a warm, welcoming, supportive space where we celebrate your progress and develop tools to reach your ongoing goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I blend evidence-based, complementary modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have specialized training in integrative behavioral health methods, understanding the importance of a healthy mind, body, and spirit in overall wellness.


What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?

I use individualized, evidence-based practices that utilize your personal strengths, while building new coping skills. I maintain a small caseload, enabling me to tailor my approach for each client. I take a whole-person approach, working towards optimizing wellness in all areas of your life.
